Changes in the student net at Studentbostäder
From the 1 of April 2013 there will be one internet service provider, Bahnhof, in the student net at Studentbostäder. If you have an internet service with AllTele, the contract will be terminated automatically from the 31 of July 2013. You then have to register for a new internet service. If you sign up for a subscription with Bahnhof you will get the starting fee for free.

Internet connection via the Student Net
If you live in student accomodation, at Studentbostäder or in ByggVesta's Colonia, you can register for an Internet connection via the student net. To register for an Internet service you connect your computer to the network outlet in your apartment. The computer should be set to automatically receive an IP-address. Follow the instructions after opening the web browser. Contact us at Utsikt, telephone 013-20 83 00, if you have problems registering a service.
Internet Service Providers
If you live in accomodation owned by Studentbostäder you can choose internet services from Bahnhof.
If you live in accomodation owned by ByggVesta, at Colonia, you can choose internet services from AllTele or Bahnhof.

Two computer outlets in the apartment
If you live in an apartment with two outlets, choose the outlet in the room where you would like to have the connection. If you move the connection to another room after registering for the Internet service you will be charged a moving fee.
Customer web
On the customer web you administer your service and can register to move or cancel the account.

On the first page of the customer web you can order new log-in details, see above link. You can also contact Utsikt via e-mail, info@utsikt.se, or by phone, 013-20 83 00.
Support and questions regarding your connection
Contact the service provider for support regarding your Internet account, e.g. the invoice, up and down grades, extra IP-address or if you need to report a fault. You also contact the service provider for price information and current range of services. You reach AllTele and Bahnhof through telephone 013 – 20 93 00, or through their respective web sites.
The invoice
You are billed in advance by the Internet Service Provider.
Move the connection
If you move within Studentbostäder or within ByggVesta's Colonia you can register a move of the Internet account on the customer web, My services, Manage service, Move. A moving fee will be charged.
Cancel the service
You cancel the connection through the customer web, My Services, Termination of service.
